Hello,
I don't know, the 910 appears after Selftest or before. If after:
If you have the MIM (medical imager manager) try to reprint the any job from KeyPad. KeyPad connected to the MIM via Com port (rear panel MIM). If the job change the status to Delivered, hence, the PCIO board received the job. Then look to Local Panel 8100, 910 error appear?
If appear, connect you laptop to the DV8100 via crossover LAN cable. Plug to Lan cable locate on rear panel 8100. In the laptop, in properties change the “Speed and duplex” to “Half 10 Mbit”. Then in window of the Internet Explorer (4, 5, 6 version work properly, 7 version – I don't check) type the IP adress 8100 (likely 149.XX.XXX.XXX). After you must see the window of Autentification of imager. If you see this, the software OK, replace the PCIO board, if in not OK, reinstall software.
May be and other causes:
Failed hard drive
Bad cable or cable connection (PCIO Board to MCS Board)
Bad PCIO Board (or board not seated properly)
Bad MCS Board
Also, you may use Hyper Terminal to connect to the 8100 and observe boot process.
Hello Dmitry Ogosyn. My DV8100 PCIO board and other hardware works, probably software is broken HOW TO REINSTALL software? but i dont have SW. can you send me the software. my emai: renchin@must.edu.mn
