recently i test a ds5300 it gives a warning "no film".i don't have a film to test, but after a while the error turns to "system failure" i do a restart but same error appeared.i check the themis board and found that the heatsink disengaged from the processor.i fix the heatsink , but same error again.

With your ds5300 currency status, just need to re-installation software , the problem will be fixed,
Please noted that : after your installation software and fixed the problem of "error systems failed" two times , but the error appear again , please replace the CF Card on Mainboard then re-installation again !
You have to re-install software.
STEPS:
1. Insert CF Card with the printer's "Emergency_Install" software in card reader
2. Reboot printer
3. follow the instructions on the local keypad
NB: This procedure re-programs some of the boards, so please make sure you have steady power supply because loss of power during the installation may render the boards unusable.
