There are two reasons by the "System Failure Error" The H.D. has damage or the Themis Card is bad.
To know what happening with your printer you can connect with serial port, open a terminal PC or Putty and try with this config. vel:9600 stopBits:1 DataBits:8 Parity:none, Flow Control: Xon/Xoff.
And the terminal show up more information about the boot process.
