E4110 - WRONG FUNCTION konika minolta DryPro Laser Imager

Hello,
I have a problem with a konika minolta DryPro Laser Imager which is the error E4110 - wrong function, when I pull out the film tray It marks a count of 50 films even when there isnt one. I've already check the sensors and they are okey, if anyone have some suggestion I'd appreciate it.
