Does system change to status SAFETY? Can you hear that rotor stops at the same time?

If your GANTRY goes to hang and you have to restart it it is possible that your RMS&COMM board or MCU module has a communication or software problem. I had the situation similar to your in the past (I don't remember now which module was replaced - it was 2 years ago - but one of them)
