Envisor C can't boot

I have one problem with Envisor C (Ver C.1). when tuned on, the system booted but the monitor is black. I checked monitor by other case i saw it still works. After that i removed and reinstalled Apio and graphic cards, the monitor can display but couldn't log in Ultrasound Sofware. The prolem is the same if U turn off and turn on system again.
Please hefp me fix this problem.

You must reinstal softwere (4 cd) change HDD or check communication betwen us and pc..Do you have service manual for Envisor and other ultrasound mashines and do you want upgrade your Envisor with C.0.2 HD with full option
