ERBE Electrosurgical Problem

I do have a problem in ERBE Electrosurgical unit, model 350MCDs.
It gives power in both sections monopolar and bipolar once you activate any button in any mode.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem or at least give me a clue about defective parts or comppnents? I am ready to pay for it.ook
