ERBTEC RFPA with Error 89

Hello guys i'm having a problem with a GE Signa 1.5T MRI with Signa RF PEN II. Detailed log shows error 2225668 ERBTEC RF Amplifier fault 89. Tube air problems. Possible defective blower. Power Control Board, sensor and cables.
I have checked its wiring, fuses and power input and everything seems fine. When it is powered on, the fans rotate in full speed and then they stop.
Please any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Check carefully the grids for blocked air flow between right and left side of amplifier. Take a vacuum cleaner and paintbrush.

Thanks for your answer, i have cleaned the whole thing very carefully with no improvement so far. However it seems that the problem is external to the RFPA. Thanks for your advice

Which fans rotate and then stop? the ones on the front of the amp or the blower for the VTAC cavity?
If the fans on the front stop that is s very different trouble shooting path. You may contact me at bruce@medsystech.com. We have years of experience repairing these amplifiers.
