We have Picker PQ 2000 CT Scanner.The machine is working and also the machine is warming up regularly.But we dont take any images.
Can you please give us information regarding this problem.
1004 error is ofteh associated with a problem in collimator assembly. One servo is nor working and you need to identify which is the one that produce the error.
Using MANEXP program you can ove each by separate and try to make a single shoot. Use 80KV, 30mA 1second, speed 0 and modify one by one: filter, compensator, collimator and field.
You also can check connections at RRCB just at top of signal brushes.

hi
i,m experiencing the problem in my IQ Picker CT scanner
that
first of All
1)when i take warmup machine gets process and warms up
2)when i take pilot machine takes pilots also
some time i take pilot no pilot perfom and couch move silently out )
3)when i take images slices then it does not take and show an error 2012
please guide and help me thanks

i,m getting ERR 1004 when want to make warmup
some time it take warm up and on images also get err 1004
SOME time also it is Ok
but gantry move CLOCK vise during scanning
please guide me

WHEN I ON GANTRY IN SERVICE MODE
Gantry move v v slowly
some time does not move but i move it by hand
WHEN SYSTEM IS IN NORMAL MODE:
when i want to warm up IQ premier Extra
Gantry does Not warmup but some time move Wrong position duriNg warmup
when i take pilot it takes pilot
But when i want to make slice Images
after 2 or 3 slice gantry move very fast(OVER SPEED)in correct position some time go in wrong position back
I changed SERVO BOARD on LEFT UPPER side in GANTRY
i Chekced PMDC and GPUC are both ok also
