Error 162 on Xpress CT Scanner generator

we need help about the following metter, CT Scanner: Toshiba Xpress SX Error # 162 we have installing a toshiba Xpress CT scanner, mean while there become an error on generator, it is not passing the radiation when we press the radiation switch during the OFF LINE exposier generator become OFF like tube ARc, but we have checked the tube it is OK, we also attach another tube to varify the tube but the status is same, we have also check the HT cables, these are also OK,Sliprings are also OK. The status of LEDs on IMC board is as following, When we start/On the system all LEDs Shows ON else the Follwoing, Green LEDs:20(Over MA Neg), 47(ST Setup), 48(HS speed), 50(ST BRK) Yellow LEDs:1(INVB Neg), 3(Chop Neg), 4(INVB Positive), 6(Chop Positive) Following Leds Become Off when we press the Exposier (Xray) Switch) Green LEDs:14(Over MA Neg), 19(Normal),11(Error), 32(RYMC) Yellow LEDs: same status no one gone OFF. about the stator LEDs we can understand these become off because we bring the tube out the from gentry and only attach the stator rotating wiries and not conect the brake conections. so in the light of above please send us your comments, is this fault of calibration of MA or Fault of Negitive module of generator?
