Check tube thermal switch, F 21 on DC panel, 525v on rotor board, and rotor control EPROM. Aldo when you open the left side door the wires can come off of the large capacitor at the bottom of the door. It is the rotor starter cap. Good luck.

open the cover on the back side of the tube and check there.
did you ohm out the stators on thwe tube control board? to rule out a open wire
