Hi friends, I have a problem with a C-arm OEC 9900 elite, when I make a shot, I get some errors that say: "error in the voltage regulator" and "low ma", even changing the parameters of Kv and ma errors still come out, what could be due? If you could help me with this problem or any contact that specializes in the equipment for advice, I would appreciate it.
In the Filament Driver Board troubleshooting chart, closest symptom to your problem discussed is "Filament Regulator Failure. Press Any Key". Are you seeing that error?
Have you checked the batteries? A visual inspection is usually enough if you have a bad set. Look for battery fluid weeping out from the cells and/or build up on the connections. It appears as white, powdery substance. If there are no visual indicators of a bad battery set, you can test the batteries per the PM checklist. Select Film Mode, a technique of 75 kVp @ 200 mAs. If you get an X-ray Overtime Error, kVp Error or mA Error your batteries are b probably bad. Also, DURING the exposure, you can check the Battery Charger board led's to verify that the indicated battery voltage is 170 and 190 volts.
The batteries are the first place to start when troubleshooting the symptoms you describe.

Check the batteries for leaks, corroded connections. Also look at the battery voltage indicator on the battery charger PCB during a film exposure. Set the technique for 75 kVp @ 200 mAs. You should not get any x-ray, kVp or mA errors and the battery voltage should be within 170 - 190 volts during the exposure. If you see errors of the voltage is outside the range mentioned, change the batteries.
