Err046: X-ray Tube Temperature Error 3
Description:
• The tube unit temperature switch has responded.
Possible causes of the error:
• Overheating of the tube unit.
• The D500.X8 input circuit is not closed.
Corrective measures:
• At the tube unit, measure to check whether the switch is closed; if opened, then ->
replace the tube unit, but first read out/make a noteA of the tube data; then perform the
following adjustments: 1) Static Inverter adjustJ; 2) Learn filamentA
• Let the tube unit cool down; if the error is still present, perform a new startup: perform the
Tube warm up and Learn filament routinesA
• On the D501, check at X8, Points 3 and 4, whether the tube unit is correctly connected; if
needed, replace the cable or if no connection cable is configured, jumper Points 3 and 4.
Possible errors D500 and D300MCB3 are Master boards
A Reading out the tube data and the adjustment are described in the Adjustment Instructions, Chapters 4 and 2.

Hi Lenny What I have is on the display of the console Err 0046, Err Nr.0x2C System:Gener 16Bit-P.:0x0004
also I am Just installing this room and all documentation is gone and also software.

You were right on what I found was the jumper for the door missing and one more jumper.
