Error Code 955 from Classic CR - Carestream

Hi friends,
I'm getting Scanner Error 955 saying:
"Unable to eject the cassette. Press Continue to retry. If this problem persists, please call service."
when trying to eject a cassette from the Carestream Classic CR. However, I can successfully eject the cassette if I press the Continue prompt on the error message.
Does anyone have a list of error codes or know the procedure to correct this error?
