Hello all. A problem with HDI 5000 - at replacement FEC and PSM the device began to give out the message at loading:
Alert
An error has been detected Please record the following information and call ATL TechSupport Date: 12/21/2008 Time: 19.13.43
Diagnostics Number:0002
thus any key of the keyboard does not work. To clean this window according to the service description and to look the following message. Superkey+6 Superkey+0 do not work. Prompt what to make? Many thanks.
Try superkey Frame Rate to clear the banner. You will need to go into the software by typing username "csr" and password "user" to go into configuration and select "save as installed".
Thanks, after long meditations and unsuccessful attempt to clean a banner the problem was solved replacement flash microcircuits from old FEC in new... All thanks.

I had that issue several times and most of the times 0002 error was caused by the PSM did you verify that the PSM is working correctly in another ATL 5000?
I replaced the module with a new one PSM and equipment worked properly for 72 hours. the fourth day get error 002 service checking mode power subsystem to check voltages aparecce -HV ovolt but at the same time I measure with multimeter test points and there 110volt psm. and 3.3 volt voltage regiatra not. my question is that frontend board be failing. channel- FEC- or AIM. thank you

I have error code 0089 blue colored in my atl 5000. It appears 10-12 minutes after doing usg. What is the reason and what should I do for this.
