We have two Medison Systems X8 and V10 with the same Error System, ERROR CODE:40. Who can help us? What it means? Thanks in advance and regards Terry

Teresa, looks like that error 40 is pointing to your BF Board. Also check the probes and connectors

on the V20 the Error code of 40 to 42 is related to BF Board and in the V10 Is same.

I have had that error code, i had to replace the PSA Board. That is the front Board that the probes connect to.
