Hello everyone,
Need help please, I have a GE OEC 9400 that's giving me the following error code "TRK SEEK ERROR" any help will be appreciate it and I also need the service manuals if possible.
Mainframe software Floppy might have corrupted. Try the back up floppy. There is a chance that you may find it inside the generator, after you have opened the front cover of the C-arm.It will be hanging in the anti static bag near the floppy drive.For service manual please send an email to info@somatechnology.com
At startup, C arm loads from floppy. Your message means the system did many retries to read disc.
The problem could be either disk drive, or floopy disk.
