Possible causes could be fibre optic cable , scsi or dip card on mvme or scan data disk . Please check the fibre optic cable running from gantry to console first , then do a reconfig with regenerate database yes .

Hi Mr. Nair,
I have error messages in a Brightspeed 16 with AIOC console. System can do scan.
Within "System Health Information" platform "DIP Errors" are reported as "Degraded" while in "DIP STATISTICS" "High-Speed slipring Link" is reported with number 2 (Req. Repair). I gues some data from gantry are lost, are not they? Data brushes were already cleaned, fiber optic cable was reset.
What else should I review? What is wrong? any test to run about dip error?

GE RT 16 slice I'm having the same error on my home page with the dip. I am able to scan but can't get rid of that error. Please advise if you can guide me in the right direction. It would be greatly appreciated

We have a problem with a GE light speed 64 vct. We received an error with rotor. The description is : Command sent to rotor but current not goes to rotor or rotor doesn't rotate.
I do not if there is a rotor board on this system or if it is embodied in the X-ray tube assy. Can you please help.
Is there any case to be a fault error message?
Can it be a problem with X-ray tube?

We have a VCT that gives the following error :
Scan setup failed on Step:3 (Allocate Scan File). Status:245047. The scan will not be taken.
We tried many times , we found that doing helical scan the error does not appear , it appears only in Axial scan.
Any suggestions??
