hello every body
i have recently installed a CT Acquilion multi after warmup and after planning on scano image
the error comes during axial scan shows message on screen
"Error in recon-process"
( no response of S&V reconstruction)
code [0*c0830002] dev [0*00150000] pno [1]
i have checked all MARS and DTB board of console it was ok. and also checked console DC power supplies during reconstruction it was ok.
reset data cable connectors of system and image hard disk but no any improvement
what could be the reason
the scanno images comes on screen good but no any axial images comes.
i will be very thankfull if some one give a good suggestion.
