When this problem appears? During scanning?
Heat exchanger is powered from AMC unit but monitored by SCU. Sometimes, when HV spikes there are some strange errors.
If it is not during scanning check if Heat Exchenger is powered.
Open the front cover, check if the fans in HExchanger are working (air is flowing). If not - press reset button on SCU. If fans are still not running and check if leds on SCU are lit. If not check the fuses on AMC module (switch off the power to rotor first! - on PDU - right leg).
I am afraid it is during scanning. In this case it is not easy to say what exactly is failed.
Heat Exchaner on/off signal is flowing from this module through SCU. HV spikes can disturb this signal. Check carefully all 4 HV connections and reconnect them using silicone oil. There should be no air in this connections. It sometimes helps. If you need any details send me a message.
heat exchange is off when must on,This error appears when shooting with the following parameters 120 kv 60 ma time 2 seconds, is there any test that can be performed to detect this problem, many thanks for help

It is HV tolerance error. Please describe more details: when it happens, what are scan parameters. I recommend to use SCU_diag login and continue. Remember to change diagnostics switch position on RMS&COMM. For photos please write email.
3CA8 means - Emission current tolerance,
3B15 - HV tollerance. The best way is to check HV behaviour in SCU_diag login. Then you can observe all readings (voltages, currents). Do you know how to do it? BTW, is your system going to be in ready state before scan? You can write on email also for deatiled discussion
The system reach the ready state for scan, but when press the botton to make the scan, the error appears. Thank you - (always I can see the yellow ligth of the IPC module (fault) but the 540 V in the rinds are presents.
Your explanation means that your IPC doesn't go to normal condition. What is happening when you reset IPC module? Can you see fault led on all the time? Check 50A fuses - maybe one phase is missing? Do you have an access to scu_diag login?
