Hello Guys,
I'm serving a client who has an older Somatom with IRS 5 and ICS 6. The client made a call because the Workstation didn't go up the Syngo. It has been reported that the CT isn't switched on for 7 months. Analyzing the IRS and ICS I found that they were running out of battery and losing the date / time. After changing the battery and setting the date and time the system has turned on perfectly. However at the time of checkup I got the following message:
Initilization failed.
Filament adaptation aborted by error.
And by viewing the Event Log the following message was reported
Invalid / inconsistent value: Cooling duration is negative! Probaly the systemtime has been changed or tubehistory is corrupt.
May someone help me?
Hi.
Maybe doing a restore the CT setting could be other solution too.
Best Regards and let us know the final result or share the eventlog file for do a better analysis of the problem.
Restore setting restored only system setting, but in this situation system uoad information from tube and thats why he has a error. For test, change date on your sistem which was before replased battery
The IRS motherboard had a problem with a capacitor near the battery and CMOS, I made the switch and it's OK. As for the tubefile file I have already found it however I don't have access to delete it. What should I do to gain access?
Lightly used system available direct from the end user customer. MONARCH QUEST
Featuring our most advanced, data-driven navigation software with AI-Powered algorithms & advanced imaging integration with the GE HealthCare OEC 3D C-arm.
