Hi, I think you use Indigo Silicone Graphics workstation, but what is the machine? CT scanner SeleCT or medical station?
When this error appear? During booting or during working? At the first view: test the system. There are a software tool when system starts - before OS loading. - click on the System diagnostics icon.
There are some possibilities depends on your system. Replace Main Board, reload OS, replace the disk and reload OS, change the machine (if it is OmniPro or MxView I have extra one).
