So, take out HP8200 computer then clean with vaccum cleaner then reconnect all cables with power again.
But exsist same problem.
pls advice and if available to send me the troublshooting procedure for LS16.
so we did to reinstalled OS,Linux 6.2.9 then try to darc os on HP host by operating software.
But during load the software, appear error window and did not reached on darc.
I try to reload operating sofetware that put in HP host computer. But still persist.
Pls advice.
Connect monitor to darc display and check. you can also connect mouse and keyboard directly to darc.
you will have to load darc software. since darc is not communicating you will have to use keyboard and mouse on the darc to load the software. Loading darc s/w should solve your problem.
You will get the same error with an IG problem. Make sure it is turned on and powering up. The DARC controls the IG so both could appear to be the problem. Rsh the darc once software is installed then rsh the IG once inside the DARC. If you can get into DARC but not IG then IG is the problem.

I did to according to your suggestions but did not reach into darc from host when type "ping darc" and "rsh darc" as well.
I found darc os in DARC.
Any command on the host comp will not work as your darc is down. Did you try connecting a monitor to the darc? Without knowing where the darc is stopping you will not conclude anything.
Resolution will to load the software directly on darc.
