You don't need RUS software, all what you need is an external monitor and keyboard. Boot the system with DOS bootable disk, at the prompt type copy C:\errlog.txt A:. Take the floppy disk out and read it on your computer or laptop. Good luck!!
The DOS boot floppy will most likely get you what you need, but if you're trying to pull down the generator event logs in RUS and nothing comes through, the coin battery on your X-Ray Controller/Generator Interface PCB (whichever of the two PCB's your system has) is dead. CR-2032 if memory serves.

Hi everybody.
I tried to get the error log from an OEC 9800 but I was unable.
Anybody know how to do it? I have the RUS software.
