I have a problem on a Philips Veradius system.
after power on display C arm appair error M 384 end of life battery.
someone can help me ?
I need also service manual !

The Err 384 states that the built-in ESU power storage unit is defective. This unit provides the necessary power for the X-ray generator with 15 KW power. From a normal power outlet comes max. in Europe 2.3 KW.
The ESU consists of 26 individual batteries and can be ordered with the Philips spare part number 4598 009 0822.
Important, if an old charger is used this should also be replaced.
After replacement, the service software BV-Scope must be used to re-register the battery in the system. Only then does the device work correctly again.

This starts with Philips BV system always with 718 ??? and only with this number is a device technically identifiable and it can be worked with the proper documentation.
