Hello,
We have a Lumenis Aluma and get an error message number 12 when it boots up - "cannot identify attached device". The hand piece appears to be Ok,
does anybody have any suggestions?

Error Text: Cannot Identify Attached Device
Error Description:One or more of the ID devices in the system is not a Lumenis device.
Diagnostics:
1. Access the Service Modulescreens and go to the IDsscreen.
2. Check the three ID devices in the system –
• Tip ID
• Head ID
• Machine ID
Each one should have a valid ID code:
3. If one of the devices does not have a valid ID code, replace it:
• If there is no Tip ID, replace the disposable tip
• If there is no Head ID, replace the treatment head
• If there is no Machine ID, replace the system's ID board
