Has anybody a Idea what the message means during
booting - it stops by the Rainbow and shows:
DolphUI(0X464);ACQ_SRC:NoImagePortFound....

at the startup the system try to etablish connection betwin back end processor and front
end processor via Image Port
the Image port is the first board in the front end with ribon cable attached
try to disconnect this cable and power up the unit
if the same error ocur then try to reload software
maybe it can solve your problem
Thank you Guys,today i disconnected the frontend from
the Backend but the error message was continue there.I
found some bad sektors on the Harddisk - tomorow i will
change the Harddisk and load the SW 3.1...I hope it
works....

i have vivid 3 and when windows started i have that msg : DolphShell.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows .....
how can i fix that problem

I think your system is RFI not RFT and you just only need to configure in technical support, you need to choose (no board) not not to F8 something like that.

if you diconnect the cable to BEP going to scanner, does system boot all the way up? could be RFT, FEC or BF Boards

It sounds like either the image port pcb has failed or the cable that goes to and from the image port pcb may be bad.
