Error messages on PQ2000 CT Scanner

Hi
When turn on the PQ2000 CT Scanner,the system gives the following error messages.
"İncomplate ınterrupt error- SC 00035466 dev 4- 0
CCB IB 0000 00 01 00 00 00 00 00"

what problem is this?
Has anyone experience with this kind of problem.

The Image Hard disk is bad. Replace it and run swconfig.

There is nothing to loose.Press CR when you read the green line AUTOBOOT and choose options 6, to delete all images. answer yes to everything and when it reboot to main option screen, choose 4 and after 3. Afetr 3 the equipment may start normally.

Dear jose,
Thank you for your help .We have followed the steps,to solve the interupt error ,on picker CT,as you recomended,we still have the same situation as in the beginning.This machines performs the scanning task,but still it takes about an hour to get ready to start.would you please inform us what else we could do ,to overcame this delay.

download the xsc and gpu program, sometimes resolves a lot of problems. at IQ>gxd.

Hi Akin,

as i think you have more than 1 hard disk.
i recommend to disconnect all the HDD excipt the system disk (its ID is 6)
then try to boot, update me with the results.
I have more than 10 years experiance in Picker CTs you can call me for more help.

It's really rare this error. You say after 45minutes, the equipment work normally, isn't it?.
I need to know something. What happen after the equipment become operative if you do a complete shut down or reboot and turn it on again after 2 minutes?

There are two possibilities:
a.- if the equipment become operative after 45 minutes again, it mean software or one or more hard disk ar bad. In this case you need to reload a pity tape like the first test and disconect all disks one by one as another sugested to discard the origin.
b.- The equipment become operative inmediately. This mean there is a component (often a semi conductor) that just work when it became warm.
In this case....
Check this: with equipment turned on, but in stand by: turn off air conditioning system and let the room adquire ambient temperature. Now turn off CT. Wait a couple of hours and turn it on again. If it become ready inmediatly or in the hakf of the time at least, there is a semiconductor bad or sensible. You will need to discard using some cans of contact cleaner to cold one board each time.

Just for be sure. I assume you turned on computer and left Gantry off until wait the computer become ready with the line RECONSTRUCCION COMPLETE. This in order to assure the problem is in the console and not in gantry. You can test gantry in service mode. Do it respond normally?
