Further checks on the machine, indicates the +3.3V missing on P3, the keys on the keyboard inactive, the switch on the left side of the machine can not switch off when trying to switch off unless you press the reset button on the FEC board, and voltages on -HV/10 and +HV/10 on P3 reads -3.1V and +3.1V respectively.
I hope the clue would be more meaningful to you.

Please No Bmode image, though the grayscale and all other things including the probe details.
There is a second message behind the error message box, but is not assessible because the keys are inactive.

My ultrasound HDI 3500, could not complete bootup, and comes with this message.

what is the color of error code?
and when you have take off the error box on the screen, you see the B mode image?

Is the system boot up? If yes,
