password could be Award, Smile, badger or madison depending on software version.
Check the drive belt tension, encoders and sensors, if ok check connectors on the FOINK board

Hello Manuel,

Your problem is the limit switch. Either the switch at the foot end is loose or the head end switch is loose. Check the switch brackets for tightness. To adjust, move either switch to reduce the counts until the counts are within specifications. Look at a previous passing QA to determine where to set the counts. Afterwards, make sure both brackets are tight. Over time, the bracket become loose if they were not properly tightened during the installation. Let me know. Hello Manual, is this the same system that was working 100% after you located the broken wire with the foot end limit switch? If, so, by calibration, do you mean the daily QA? If so, the QA block is not set up correctly...either it is upside down or facing the wrong way. When is a good time for us to talk so I can get a better feel for your system? Regards, AJ
