do you have a non-original soft/hard with the system? Such as a capture cp? The original dotation for stenoscop is ready to view at power on, no soft load needs.
Do you mean like a MediCapture? No, I don't have it. But curiously if I click "Ok" on the error, I can use the system with out problem, but in the site, they want to see it work with out message at starup.

Error on Stenoscope 2 at startup

Hello dear friends of DOTMed.
At the end of the Startup of the software on the Stenoscope 2, I get the next message:
"At least one service or driver failed during system startup. UseEvent Viewer to examinate the event log for details."
Any help will be apreciated.
