Based on the error code provided, this defect is very common, which can be:
1.Defective power supply
2.wrong software addressing
3. It is quite common for the board or probe interface to be defective.
Do the following: open the front cabinet of the equipment with the probes connected, check if there is an LED (red) lit, if so! the defect is on the board.....
