Hi, Gerardo!
It could the probe, as Gilrubio said, CPP or CPM (in older models) boards.
If your equipment is newer, huge chance CPP board is defective.

Hallo Gerardo the problem is probably the probe but if you can test the probe in another ultrasound or other probe 4d in yours we will be certain about the problem.The other case is either the CCM board in older machines or from BT08 and newer the CRS board.We fix RAB4-8P probes is you want contact me at eskentos@gmail.com.

Agreed its most likely the probe but could also be the board. We can supply new replacement boards and exchange parts
