ERROR WITH POC 120 " Y ENCODER FAILURE"

Hello There,
After have changed the motion poc120/140 auto loop Card, the POC 120 show up an error before turn on the POC like this : "Y ENCODER FAILURE" and unload the Image Plate and close the Cassette.
How can I fix this problem? Does anybody Knows what can I do?

go into the Diagnostics and check the sensors
