Hi everybody, I need your help to correct CT SCANNER SOMATOM PLUS 4 EXPERT OF SIEMENS, when WARM-UP, CALIBRATION or SHOOT process attempt to carry-on.
The errors are the following:
1.- MASME_ABORTED Function aborted
2.- MASME_MTIMER_EXPIRED Master control
3.- MAS_E000011 initdone timeout ('E' 0 0 11 57 dc f c0)
I will appreciate any advice about.

Does the system start to expose and stop or dont stop at all?
Try something easy first.
Reload the f/ware to the controllers.
Check the error log for any information and help and speak again
Check carefully the errors. before this sould be apear more with info inside.
Check if after the exposure fail the system comes to standby.give it litle time for this

Regarding you are asking me, the system NEVER is ready to start , because the GANTRY has ONLY the small lights of its operation front panel and the error log show error that initially is in the POST.
Could you please send me the procedure for RELOADING the f/ware to the controllers?

Let me tell you that, at the moment to check small display, it does not show anything to help me for finding any info of board reported. But actually, when system start with WARM-UP operation send following code sync_lost_ rs and stop rotation of gantry.
