Can anyone help I tried reloaded fuji A13 smart cr software which I done many times but this time its almost done then a error pops up "Check FTP-SERV settings by using [FTP] button the RU can't communicate with the FTP-SERV" all the setting are correct....I'm think it maybe the CPU it's staying at default ip and wont change to customer settings. Any suggestions email me or post it thanks

this is normally caused when the IIP can not talk to the RU and normally it is the CPU board in the RU. However prior to replacing I would try to do a reset with the RU depress the erasure processor switch and hold then turn the power switch on This will reset the RU configuration settings to defaults then reload the software

Thanks lenny I did that I think it's CPU, the software keeps stopping in the middle of loading everything is at default setting. I ordered a CPU

If the reset did not correct the com then normally the CPU board com chip is bad.
