Hello every body,
I have drypix7000 does not complete booting up and it gives the error 0004 0000; in the manual(chapter Upgrading main unit software) it says that to solve this problem the DenCalib.dat file conversion Software V1.0 should be implementing.
I don't have this file; software version of the system is V6.0
I have tried to connect the system with Di-Tool but it gives the error login failed; I don't know if the problem is from the installation steps of DI-tool on my Xp OS or it is because of a HDD problem on the printer side.
-on printer side i am able to ping the ip of my laptop.
-I have run the HDD test using M-utility and all is ok.
I am really appreciating of someone can help in this issue.
-is it possible to get the main unit software and install it in a new HDD?
