I have been working on a MVP generator which displays error code 1301 when we select large focal spot and 1321 when we select small focal spot. A local GE rep told me that that indicates a bad tube. I did install a known good tube and still have the same codes. I have do not have an error code chart. Any help would be appreciated
To have a problem with both large and small filaments, I don't think you have ann x-ray tube problem.
Try checking the hi-tension cable ends. The pins in the end of the cables should be somewhat spread apart to make a good connection. Check the cables ends at both the x-ray tube and at the hi-tension transformer recepticles.
GCI offers complete MRI & CT sales & service with ROI analysis, in-house financing, contractor drawings, accreditation, training, marketing, and OEM-level support beyond the sale.
