I have a problem with a GE 2000D digital Mamo Unit. It comes up with error code S-21--Waiting for AWS to boot. The exposure is inhibited. Upon reading the service manual it says software needs to be reloaded. Also it says that upon reload of software, you could loose all patient files. I need to find someone who has delt with this problem before to advise me.
