I faced this problem on GE Signa 9x system after electric interruption. System boots normally without error code but software lost network data and non of the buttons are visible at the right side of the browser ( viewer, mini viewer, Add/Sub, and other option buttons). After reload software nothing changed. System can scan without any problem, all scan options are available and working good, it is possible to tranfer images to AW. Only the problem is all buttons are missing at the right side of the browser including viewer and mini viewer.
I replaced front panel ( not ID prom) and reload software but still same.
Is there anybody has any idea about this problem??

if you reloaded software twice and you still get the same problem. you can try to load software but not load the saveinfo mod. sounds like you are reloading an existing problem from the saveinfo tape. you say it can scan normally but do the images come out on the browser? can you select the study? cause if not then you can have an issue with the diskdrive if you have 2 drives the one on top is the image drive. does the system see the image drive? type df -k in a c shell and see if the image drive is there. well hope this helps

Hi to all
