Hi Everybody.
I have problem with a new Ge vivid E9 4D . specially with 4V-D probe.
when I turn on system and switch to 4D probe after scanning 2D mode and then switch to 4D this process is going ok. but hence I come back to 2D or other modes and come back again in 4D, quality of 4D was became very poor with big pixels that I couldn't recognize anything in the pictures shown in the LCD.
then I must reset the system again.
If anyone know something about this problem please let me know.

The first you have to do is to reload the softwrae,it is very possible for this problem.

Please check the software maybe is corrupted, also check the RAM memory, maybe one card is bad, i have seen it with Voluson 730
