I have an AMX 4 that is frozen where it sits. It will not charge and the battery is dead. I need to move it to another location for storage purposes but don't have a forklift to do it. How do I disengage the drive wheel mechanism without power? If I remove the two fan belts, will that allow it to roll?

There is a sw under the handle (left side) press it and it will release the brakes

That switch only works if there is power. The batteries are dead and they will not charge. The machine is pretty much just a lump of metal right now.

I am willing to get after it with a set of tools, I just need to know where I'm going and if I can accomplish what I'm trying to do...which is just make it roll.
