Need help on AMX-110. Machine takes about 10 seconds to get the "ready" light for exposure when prep is pressed. This only happens for the first exposure in a series. The rest will be fine unless you wait a few minutes, then the long delay again for the first exposure. I have replaced all associated capacitors, and all ckt boards with exception of 3A1. The neon light on 3A1 (3A1I61) comes on at same time ready on front panel comes on, so it is also very delayed. So charging of caps IC1 and IC2 2400mfd is slow for first exposure. I have replaced IC 1 and 2 as well as entire ckt bd chassis which includes all resistors and diodes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The ready signal is a product of the rotor and filament interlocks, I think the problem can be in the starter circuit or rotor tube.
