That error is a 60 hZ inverter failure usually caused by a bad FET,Q85 or Q86 on the rotor board.Make sure you wear a ground strapif you decide to repair the board your self.The board is cheap from RemedPar. Regards,Craig Hines

Robert, Error 320 means that your 60 Hz inverter has failed when the field light was activated.
