Dear Team,
I'm kindly asking for assistance to resolve the hardware reset failure on a GE 16 slice brightspeed select ct scan. The application is ale to boot without any challenges but it can not flash down load and i'm getting "HARD RESET through serial connection failed - come controller (TGP,ORP,IPC,PROP,PSC) do not respond to ping"
Help me with troubleshooting methods to resolve this issue, your help would be greatly appreciated.
