System: GE C-arm OEC FLUOROSTAR 7900 Series
I facing a problem :
After booting, this system displays the following error: '' Version number problems have been detected possible causes: Hardware modules have been replaced or are defective
-the software update failed the problem concerns: B356 ''
- I checked the version of SW and HW: '' Current B356: 0.00 expected: 6.052
-I reset the system no error is displayed.
Would-you please give me advice
PS: CAN BUS problem Error#10055
How can I reset to initial best working configuration?
One thing you can do before suspecting any hardware is to blower the system completely, take out IPS 1000/1500 which ever is installed and blower it and reseat all the boards inside it and cables as well.
Usually COM error appears when there is dust inside of IPS ( personally experience that)
After completing all this if problem not resolved. Check Led status of B356 board. Quite possible its not booting up due to fault.
Did you check contacts of all cards and rams in pc? There are often problems with it. Clean contacts by remaining and putting in 3 times all rams and cards.
Lightly used system available direct from the end user customer. MONARCH QUEST
Featuring our most advanced, data-driven navigation software with AI-Powered algorithms & advanced imaging integration with the GE HealthCare OEC 3D C-arm.
