I have a GE CTi scanner with GENESIS console, system start up ok, but command section from genesis console does not respond, main menus appears but touch function not work. Any suggestions?
Dear friend Good morning
You just need to remove the Black cover on the PLASMA screen and then remove all the dust which is blocking the LINES horrizontales and Veritcales ..The plasma dont respond because the light are blocked by the dust
