I need a service key - something like usb flash / dongle (box size of
30 * 40 * 10mm with connectors on both sides), which is stuck in a
computer tomography and angiography GE in their maintenance or your choice.
I need it to reinstall the tube and software.
Can anyone help me?
You do not need a service key to do anything on a ct system. Installing software 1.5 hours read the procedure right out of the book.. To install the tube within GE specs 6.5 hours no service key needed I can Teach you very easy
The only reason you need a service key to change a tube on a VCT is for the tube smart ID verification. Service keys are few and far between outside of GE. Be cautious if you see one "for sale" because they have a 2 year expiration on them.
