Repair CT MAX 640. Not loaded OS and application. On screen show SYSTEM PREPARATION. Status System LED show 90H (it's normal) but system don't loaded.
I have two CT MAX 640(old) Changed HDD from other CTMAX640 not helped. Anybody can me say about this?
May be loaded with floppy?
All looked like in the documentation. How important is the deviation of the power supply? I have 24.5 volts instead of 24 volts + -0.1 ... DMC board (HDD controller) changed
Check again Drive address sw and Terminator sw on the HDD(right side). Check DMC Assy (slot 11) Drive Code and Format Capacity. Only for check rotated 90 degrees HD and restart. Focus your attention to the OC.
After turning on CT MAX is there signal READY from gantry for load OS and application? On Monday I check dip-switch DMC(11)board, in HDD too. Changed the HDD and boards together, in all combinations
LED HDD is on was passing the test (status LED indicate 80h, 8Fh and 90) and nothing happens! LED is ON continued... OS is loaded but application is not loaded
Today checked the gantry, all the power lines in the normal range and also DAS ASSY

You must check all DIP-switches on the boards. Also check power supply. When change HDD also change HDD controller.

You must have 24 +/-0.2V. Your CT MAX stops at application load/start error.

Not helped! I checked 5V, 12V, 24V - within the reference range. Any other ideas?
