Dear Marivic,
You probably have to replace capacitors on the board (on the top) of CTVRC module.
At the moment we are looking for working Operating Software – HSA RP HLFC/HNS—1.6 Part# 2238113 for GE CT Hi Speed Advantage RP. My two DAT tapes are from 1999 and are cut now.

Success!

Hello Marivic, maybe your anode starter (CTVRC) is broaken, open it and look if there are components burning ! some time Opto , and resistance is burning. if ther that, you can replace opto near ressistance burn but the best nis to replace all optos test also diode rectifer near opto. Or replace all CTVRC (expensiv)Good luck

Your rotor controller is failing under boost. You have components that are starting to break down in the CTVRC. Try to locate the failing component or change the entire CTVRC. This is going to continue to get worse and you risk even more damage.
